? gallon pineapple sherbet
2 liter bottle of Sprite
1 large (46 oz. I think) can pineapple
1 teaspoon coconut extract
Mix sherbet, pineapple juice and extract. Add 1-2 liters of Sprite depending on thickness desired. More coconut extract can also be added.
