Cookie Cups

Submitted by Tenille Slack

This is yummy and very easy. Kids could help make them and would love eating them too!
1. Follow directions for mixing dough from a 17.5 oz. package of oatmeal cookie mix.
2. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with vegetable cooking spray and place a heaping tablespoon of dough into each cup. Press dough into bottom and up sides of cups.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 24 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove pan from oven and press back of a spoon into sides and bottom of cookies to reshape into cups. Let cool 10 minutes. Fill cookie cups with any kind of pudding, ice cream, or what ever other filling you can come up with. Put a piece of fruit on top to give it a little extra (raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, etc.)
