2 cups heavey cream
1/2 cup sugar
8 ounce fresh strawberries
6 costco chocolate muffins
6 small scoops vanilla icecream
1/4 to 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
Beat cream with sugar. Mix until stiff peaks form
Cut strawberries in to quarters
Cut the tops off the muffins
Scoop out a small amount from the center of each muffin and fill wiith icecream
Decorate the icecream with the whipped cream and strawberries
Top with chocolate chips and replace muffin tops.
Add a dusting of confectioners s
makes 6 servings
