Green Dessert

Compliments of my mother-in-law. This is a Slack family favorite!

Note: Make dessert a few hours in advance, because it does need time to set.

Dissolve 1 pkg. (6oz.) Lime Jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water
Add: 1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons lime juice concentrate
1 cup lemon juice
Stir until sugar dissolves. Add 2 cups crushed ice. Chill until syrupy.

Beat 1 1/3 cups chilled Evaporated milk until thick. Mix well with jello (evenly green). Pour over crust. Let set in refrigerator.

Crust:
1 package Oreos, crushed. Melt 1/2 to 2/3 cups melted butter. Mix crushed Oreos and butter and press into a 9X13" pan. You can reserve 1/4 cup of crushed oreos to sprinkle on top of dessert.

Once dessert has set, sprinkle on reserved oreo crumbs or shave milk chocolate on top.
